AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A
WAIVER OF SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER,
AND STREET WIDTH REQUIREMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the improvement provisions of the Subdivision
Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Farmers Replat of
Lot 13, Comstock Addition as follows:
Subsection a. That the provisions of division 2
streets of Section 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for specific deletion of physical
roadway improvements for Arch Street Pike and that the
waiver include sidewalks, curb and gutter, underground
drainage and the widening of Arch Street for an
additional arterial lane.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
