AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3452 -B - Described as part of Block 8, Santa Fe Park

Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas lying
east of Natural Resources Drive, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Block 8, Santa Fe
Park Addition; thence north 00 032'20" west along the
east line of said Block 8, 315.0 feet to the northeast
corner of said Block 8; thence continuing north
00 032120" west, 15.0 feet to a point on the north line
of Santa Fe Park Addition, said point being the
northwest corner of Park Haven Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; thence west along the north line
of Santa Fe Park Addition 277.25 feet to a point on the
easterly right -of -way line of Natural Resources Drive;
thence southeasterly along said easterly right -of -way
line and a curve to the left having a radius of
207.85 feet, 47.17 feet said curve having a chord
bearing and distance of south 39006124" east,
47.0 feet; thence south 45 036128" east along said
easterly right -of -way line, 30.75 feet to the point of
curvature of a curve to the right; thence southeasterly
along said curve to the right having a radius of
259.18 feet, 203.87 feet, said curve having a chord
bearing and distance of south 23 004124" east,
198.67 feet; thence south 10 007136" east along said
easterly right -of -way line, 60.04 feet; thence south
05 010118" west along said easterly right -of -way line,
30.2 feet to the south line of said Block 8; thence
east along said south line 142.99 feet to the Point of
Beginning, including the 15 foot dedicated roadway
adjacent to the north line of said Block 8 as platted
by Santa Fe Park Addition, said parcel containing
1.361 acres, more or less, from 110-2" Office and

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
