AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15,179
AND REVOKING A PCD DISTRICT TITLED WHITE WATER
TAVERN SHORT -FORM PCD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,179 was passed on October 7,
1986 and;
WHEREAS, this ordinance provided for the establishment
of a Planned Commercial District on the following described
properties:
Part of Lot 8, Block 8, Ferndale Addition to the City
of Little Rock and the south 120 feet of Lot 8,
Block 8, Ferndale Addition and Lots 1, 2 and 3 except
the railroad right -of -way and all of that part of
Lots 11 and 12 lying north and west of the railroad
right -of -way in Block 21, Capital Hill Extension
Addition to the City of Little Rock and all of Lots 4
and 5 in Block 21 of Capital Hill Extension Addition
except the right -of -way of the railway.
WHEREAS, the site development plan proposed for certain
physical improvements to be constructed within a certain
time frame and;
WHEREAS, a period of two years has past during which
time the owner has not complied with the conditions set
forth within the approved plan;
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission at its
meeting on January 24, 1989 recommended the revocation of
this Planned Commercial District and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the
neighborhood, the public and the adopted land use plan for
the area to restore this property to its original
classification.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 15,179 is hereby

Section 2. That the preliminary and final site

development plan and plat approved by Ordinance
No. 15,179 is hereby revoked.

Section 3. That the former zone classification be
restored to the properties involved as follows:
All of Lot 8, Block 8, Ferndale Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas be restored to the
classification of "R -3" Single family district.
All of Lots 1, 2 and 3 except for railroad right -
of -way and all of that part of Lots 11 and 12
lying north and west of the railroad right -of -way
and Block 21, Capital Hill Extension Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and all of
Lots 4 and 5, Block 21 of Capital Hill Extension
Addition except the railroad right -of -way be
restored to "1 -2" Light industrial district.
Section 4. That ordinance shall take effect and be in
