AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5134 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, of
..- .._ -. .... __........_.. -
Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas more particularly described as:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said NW 1/4,
SW 1/4, Section 36; thence south 00 038'04" east along
the west line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4 103.37 feet to the
Point of Beginning -; thence north 6002910011 east
179.59 feet; thence south 00 030'56" east 171.60 feet;
thence south 89 005'28" west 156.80 feet to a point on
the west line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence north
00 038'04" west along the west line of said NW 1/4,
SW 1/4 85.60 feet to the Point of Beginning containing
0.43 acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to
"C -3" General Commercial. (8023 Chicot Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
