ORDINANCE NO. 15,639
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5123 - Described as being a part of the SW 1/4,
SW . 1/4, Section 13, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas and beginning 283.7 feet east of
corners of Sections 13, 14, 23 and 24; thence north
281.8 feet; thence east 140.0 feet; thence south
40 feet; thence east 10 feet; thence south 241.8 feet;
thence west 150 feet to the Point of Beginning from
"R -2" Single Family to "1 -2" Light Industrial. (Asher
Avenue and Western Hills Avenue)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
