AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5115 - Described as part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 4, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more
particularly described as:
Commencing at the northeast corner NE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 4, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence south along the east
line of said NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 4, 378.5 feet;
thence west along the centerline of Meadow Lane,
363.4 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue
west 280.0 feet; thence north 01 012'47" east,
217.95 feet to the south right -of -way line of I -30;
thence north 78 018'50" east along said right -of -way
line 57.96 feet; thence north 60 018105" east along said
right -of -way 163.79 feet; thence south 13 048146" east
320.04 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
1.46 acres, more or less, subject to a right -of -way for
Meadow Lane and an easement for sanitary sewer along
the south property line and subject to an easement for
power line along the south and east lines from "R -2"
Single Family to "1 -2" Light Industrial. (11209 1 -30)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
