ORDINANCE NO._.._..._15,6,23__
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5092 - Described as the east 158.4 feet of the
NE 1/4, NW 1/4, lying north of the north right -of -way
line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10 in Section 19,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the said NE 1/4 of
NW 1/4; thence south along the east line of said
NE 1/4, NW 1/4, a distance of 464.1 feet to a point on
the north right -of -way line of Arkansas State Highway
No. 10; thence south 62 018' west along said north
right -of -way line 177.3 feet; thence north 00 008' west
a distance of 551.0 feet to a point on the north line
of said of NE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence south 88024' east
along said north line of NE 1/4, NW 1/4, a distance of
158.4 feet to the Point of Beginning containing
1.84 acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to
"C -3" General Commercial. (14800 Cantrell Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
