AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE LITTLE ROCK CODE OF ORDINANCES, ARKANSAS
MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND HISTORY.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Little Rock Code of Ordinances, Sec. 22 -112
Location of Arkansas Museum of Science & History, shall be
amended by deletion of the last sentence.
SECTION 2: Sec. 22 -136 Generallv, shall be amended to
provide that trustees shall be elected to serve for a term of four
(4) years instead of two (2) years as presently written.
SECTION 3: Sec. 22 -138 Compensation; officers; annual
report, shall be amended by deleting the office of "president"
from those officers bi- annually elected from the membership.
SECTION 4: Sec. 22 -139 Powers and duties, shall be amended
by deleting in the first sentence the words, "...to be located
along the Arkansas River at the foot of Rock Street..."
