AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A WAIVER OF STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY
DEDICATION AND DEFERRAL OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS
ON LOT 2 REQUIREMENTS, RESPECTIVELY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver and deferral of certain
requirements within the Master Street Plan as required by
Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock
for McDonald's Addition as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -209 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for a variance in
reduction of right -of -way from 110 feet to 90 feet for
Roosevelt Road and that Section 31- 435(b) of the Code
of Ordinances for Lot 2 street improvements to be
deferred until building permit is requested.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
