AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15,606
AND REVOKING A "PCD" DISTRICT TITLED "GENERIC
PHARMACY SHORT -FORM PCD" (Z- 5109)IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,606 was passed on
December 20, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance changed the zone classification
from "0 -3" to "PCD" on the following described property:
Lot 9, Blankenship Resubdivision of Block 8, Glendale
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance was to have taken effect upon
final approval of the plan for the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final
development plan /plat within the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by Resolution on
October 3, 1989 (attached as Exhibit A) recommended that the
above described property be reclassified and that the "PCD"
classification be revoked.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,606 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 15,606 is hereby
revoked.
SECTION 3. That the "PCD" District classification of
the below listed property is revoked and the former "0 -3"
General Office classification is restored on the official
zoning map.

SECTION 4. That Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby amended by
amending the map referred to in that section to the extent
that "Generic Pharmacy Short -form PCD" is hereby amended to
comply with ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 15,606 and
that section is designated as 110 -3" General Office.
SECTION 5. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
