AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4807 -B - Described as part of the SE 1/4, Section 26,
and the SW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 25, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas more particularly described as:
Starting at the center of Section 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W;
thence S 0045134" W along the North /South center line of
said Section 36, 1,021.60 ft. to a point; thence
northwesterly along the arc of a 2,864.79 ft. radius
curve to the left having a chord bearing and distance of

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
