AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5222 - Described as all of Lot 23 and the E 25 ft. of
Lot 22, Block 20, Fleming and Bradford's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, less
and except the following described land:
Starting at the NE corner of Lot 23, Block 20, Fleming
and Bradford's Addition to the City of Little Rock;
thence S 02 040'46" W along the E line of Lot 23,
Block 20, Fleming and Bradford's Addition, a distance
of 131.6 ft. to a point on the northerly proposed
right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 70 for the Point of
Beginning; thence continue S 02 040'46" W along the E
line of Lot 23, Block 20, Fleming and Bradford's
Addition, a distance of 8.40 ft. to a point on the
northerly existing right -of -way line of
U.S. Highway 70; thence N 87035158" W along said
existing right -of -way line, a distance of 75.0 ft. to a
point; thence N 02 040146" E, a distance of 2.97 ft. to
a point on the northerly proposed right -of -way line of
U.S. Highway 70; thence N 81 056102" E along said
proposed right -of -way line, a distance of 34.53 ft. to
a point; thence S 86 025'21" E along said proposed
right -of -way line, a distance of 41.08 ft. to the Point
of Beginning from "R -4" Two - Family to "C -1"
Neighborhood Commercial. (1514 West Roosevelt Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

in full force from and after its passage and approval.
