ORDINANCE NO. 15,748
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5218 - Described as Lots 3 and 4, Block 11, Jones and
Worthen's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas from "R -3" Single Family and "R -4" Two -
Family to "C -3" General Commercial. (2911 and 2913 West
12th Street)
SECTION 2. - That -a one-lot replat be filed; that a
thirty (30) foot buffer on the west side of the property be
replanted with sod and landscaped; that an opaque fence is
to be installed along the west property line; that the
thirty (30) foot buffer is to remain at the same elevation
as the existing, except for minor shaping of the frontage to
allow for transition from the street level; and that a
right -hand turn lane on West 12th Street is to be installed.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
