AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5119 - Described as a part of the E 1/2, SE 1/4,
............................_._
Section 28, and a part of the W 1/2, SE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 27, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 28; thence run north 87 °30' west 25 feet to a
Point of Beginning; thence run north 87030' west
86 feet; thence run north 44 035' west 253 feet; thence
run south 25 057' west 192.4 feet; thence run south
42 045' east 473.7 feet to a point in the center line of
Arkansas State Highway No. 5; thence run along the
center of said Highway No. 5, north 46 030' east
200.2 feet to a point; thence run along the westerly
right -of -way of Brodie Lane, north 73 02$' west
62.15 feet; thence run north 38 001' west 50 feet;
thence run north 31 046' west 50 feet; thence run north

50 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing in all

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
