AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET
PLAN, ADDING AN INTERCHANGE AT ASHER AND
UNIVERSITY
WHEREAS, after reviewing existing and future travel
demands, the City Engineering Staff recommends adding an
interchange at Asher and University; and
WHEREAS, the Pulaski Area Transportation Study recommends
an interchange at the University and Asher intersection; and
WHEREAS, after a public hearing, the Little Rock Planning
Commission recommends adding an interchange at Asher and
University.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. That the Master Street Plan map is amended to
include an interchange at University and Asher Avenues.
SECTION 2. That the intersection design, attached, is

hereby made a part of the Master Street Plan.
