AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15,472
AND MODIFYING A PCD DISTRICT TITLED BC AUTO
PLAZA (Z- 4997 -B) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,472 establishing the
zone classification of the following described property be
modified to amend the approved site plan and maintain the
"PCD" Planned Commercial District.
A portion of the E 1/2, NW 1/4, and the W 1/2, NE 1/4,
Section'5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Tract 10;
thence N 89 021' W along the south nine of said
Tract 10, said south line of Tract 10, extended
westerly, the south line of said Tract 11, said south
line of Tract 11 extended westerly and to the south
line of said Tract 12, 827.66 ft. to a point; thence
N 1 001' W, 501.05 ft. to a point on the south right -of-
way line of Rock Creek Parkway; thence southeasterly
along said south right -of -way line the following
bearings and distances: S 87003'17" E, 15.11 ft.;
S 85 003'17" E, 295.05 ft.; S 87 012'08" E, 400.28 ft.;
S 85003117" E, 100.00 ft. and S 69 033135" E, 35.41 ft.
to a point on the East line of said Tract 10; thence
S 00 030100" E along said east line, 443.56 ft. to the
Point of Beginning, containing 9.2446 acres, more or
less. (Southwest corner of Chenal Parkway at Gamble
Road)
SECTION 2. That the revised preliminary site
development plan be approved as recommended by the Little
Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3.

SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section t hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
