ORDINANCE NO. 15,711
APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES FOR
PAYMENT IN THE CASE OF CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK V. DEBBIE WILLIAMS,
88 -1566, U.S. SUPREME COURT.
WHEREAS, the United States Supreme Court has recently
denied the City's petition for certiorari in the above
referenced case; and
WHEREAS, a final decision has thus been rendered in the
case of City of Little Rock v. Debbie Williams.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: There is hereby appropriated an additional
$76,545.98 from the City's Special Project Fund to be paid as
full and final settlement of all judgments, costs, fees, and
interest.
