ORDINANCE NO, 15705
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A WAIVER OF STREET IMPROVEMENT
REQUIREMENTS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Cloverdale Assembly of God replat as follows:
Subsection a. That the street standards set forth in
Chapter 31 be delayed until such time as a building
permit is requested or further replatting occurs. The
improvement requirement consists of 110.15 feet of curb
and gutter plus one -half street improvement and
necessary drainage structures. (Geyer Springs & Hinkson Rds.)
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
