AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REVISED PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDING FOR THE
MAINTENANCE OF A PCD DISTRICT TITLED
"LANDSCAPE MATERIAL AND DESIGN REVISED
SHORT FORM PCD" (Z- 4188 -A) IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE 14,693 AND CHAPTER 43,
ARTICLE 6, SECTION 6 -101 OF THE CODE OF
N ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,693 be amended to

provide for modification of a PCD Planned Commercial
District on property described as:
0
A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section
33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
beginning at the NE corner of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence S 2° 18' 00" W along
the East line of said 1/4 and along the centerline of
Sibley Hole Road 683.81 feet to an iron pin on the East
side of said road; thence N 87° 00' 00" W, 356.82 feet
to an iron pin in the East right -of -way of I -430;
thence N 7° 45' E, 245.85 feet to a concrete monument;
thence N 150 40' 20" E along said I -430, 448.5 feet to
an iron pin; thence S 87° 18' 22" E, 229.73 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 4.773 acres of land,
more or less.
SECTION 2. That the new preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the maintenance of the zoning
classification of the plan for Landscape Material and Design
PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from
the Planning Commission within the time specified by Article
9, Section 9 -101, Chapter 43 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
