AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
920 STAGECOACH ROAD (z- 4440), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Parcel of land lying in the NW 1/4, NE 1/4, and the
NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 27, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows: beginning at the NW corner of said NW 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 27; thence run S 89° 25' E, 512.2 feet
to a point on the West right -of -way line of Stagecoach
Road; thence run S 44° 53' W along said road 129.4
feet; thence run S 460 59' W along said road 382.6
feet; thence run S 42° 39' W along said road 104.1
feet; thence run N 61° 39' W 80.2 feet; thence run
North 187.9 feet to a point; thence run West 417.7 feet
to a point; thence run North 208.5 feet to a point in
Seminary Road; thence run East along said road 417.7
feet to the point of beginning containing in all 4.85
acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
