ORDINANCE NO. 14,877
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 2780 -A - described as: Part of Tract No. 1 of Replat
No. 1 of the replat of the West part of Lot 23,
L.B. Leigh and R.C. Butler's acres to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: beginning at the SW
corner, Tract No. 1 of Replat No. 1 of the replat of
the West part of Lot 23, L.B. Leigh and R.C. Butler's
acres to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, run North 56.00 feet along the West line of
Tract No. 1 to a point; thence run East 0.65 feet to a
point; thence run N 00° 28' 40" W, 77.703 feet to a
point on the West line of Tract No. 1; thence run along
said West line N 48.22 feet to the NW corner of said
Tract No. 1; thence run N 85° 17' 30" E, 132.62 feet
along the South right -of -way line of West 65th Street
to a point; thence run S 89° 15' 20" E, 54.86 feet
along said South right -of -way line to the NE corner of
said tract; thence run S 38° 58' 30" W, 247.60 feet to
the SE corner of said tract; thence run
N 89° 15' 20" W, 31.24 feet to the point of beginning
area containing 20,374.93 square feet, more or less,
from "C -3" General Commercial to 11C -4" Open Display
District (5015 West 65th Street).

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
