AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
TO PROHIBIT PERSONS FROM DRIVING THRU DRIVEWAYS
ON PRIVATE PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF AVOIDING
TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby amended by adding a Section to be
numbered 39 -23.1, which said Section reads as follows:
No person shall drive any vehicle
through any driveway or other private
property for the purpose of avoiding
the negotiation of any intersection
or any other traffic regulation.
