AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4393 - Described as Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 30,
Town of Mabelvale, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "R -2"
Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial (10,411 Mann
Road).
AND
Lot 7, Block 30, Town of Mabelvale, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family District to "0-1"
Quiet Office District (115 Walnut).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
