AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4413 -A - Described as Blocks 4 and 9, Ruebel and
Leymer's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and West 34th Street west of Taylor Street. Less and
except beginning at the SW corner of said Block 9;
thence North along the West line of Blocks 9 and 4,
600.2 feet to the NE corner of Block 4; thence N 640
13' 40" E along the northerly line of Block 4, 125.0
feet; thence S 21° 31' 19" E, 49.09 feet; thence S 060
41' 04" W, 232.09 feet; thence S O10 02' 42" W, 98.75
feet; thence S 04° 55' 50" E, 52.39 feet; thence S 11°
18' 41" E, 202.69 feet; thence 81° 46' 20" E, 40.0
feet; thence N 77° 58' 21" E, 110.21 feet to the
easterly line of said Block 9; thence S 140 04' 20" E,
54.0 feet to the SE corner of Block 9; thence N 880 47'
40" W along the South line of Block 9, 306.6 feet to
the point of beginning containing 1.843 acres more or
less. From "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District (3300 Polk Street).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
