ORDINANCE NO. 14,852
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2079 -G - Described as part of the NW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Section 11; thence
S 00° 09' 17" w along the West line of said Section 11
a distance of 437.05 feet to the North right -of -way
line of Kanis Road; thence along said North
right -of -way on a curve to the right having a radius of
716.86 feet a chord which bears S 76° 43' 28' E, 346.71
feet, an arc distance of 350.18 feet; thence continuing
along said North right -of -way line S 620 10' 08" E,
179.88 feet; thence N 22° 09' 32" E, 648.41 feet to the
North line of Section 11. Said line also being the
South line of Longacre Place Subdivision; thence N 89°
59' 26" W along said North line of Section 11 a
distance of 739.90 feet to the point of beginning
containing 7.300 acres more or less from "R -2" Single
Family District and "C -3" General Commercial District
to "0 -3" General Office District ( Kanis Road west of
John Barrow Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
