AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE ROCK CODE
OF ORDINANCES §26 -5 (25).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That §26 -5 (25) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
No person shall permit dogs to run loose.
Dogs shall be restrained at all times on
adequate leashes not greater than five (5)
feet in length. Pets of any kind are not
allowed inside the Zoo confines at any time.
No pets of any kind, other than those animals
trained for handicapped persons, are allowed
at Riverfront Park during Riverfest.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
