AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
A. Z- 3740 -A - described as: part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: beginning at a
point 302.0 feet West and 469.5 feet North of the SE
corner of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence East 196.0 feet;
thence North 249.5 feet; thence S 640 00' W, 218.7
feet; thence South 158.7 feet to the point of beginning
containing in all 1.057 acres, more or less, from "R -2"
Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial
(14825 Cantrell Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
