ORDINANCE NO. 14,826
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and it is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4383 - Described as part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 15, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning in the center of Alexander Road and Sardis
Road, being the NE corner of NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 15; thence S 0° 02' W, 208.06 feet in the
center of Sardis Road to a point; thence N 890 23' W,
226.46 feet; thence N 202.0 feet to a point in the
center of Alexander Road; thence along center N 89° 05'
E, 226.58 feet to the point of beginning from "R -2"
Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial (Alexander
and Sardis Roads, southwest corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
