AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
A. Z- 4081 -A - described as: part of the E 1/2 of the
MM-1774--,—Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
to -wit: the North 300 feet of the East 200 feet
beginning of the NE corner of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Sections 22; run thence S 2° 33' E, 530.6 feet along
the East line of said Section 22 to a point; thence run
N 530 23' 55" W, 477.2 feet to a point on the South
right -of -way line of Highway No. 5 (U.S. Highway
67 -70); thence run N 38° 27' E, 100 feet along said
highway right -of -way to a point; thence run N 79° 57' E
(deeded 115 feet, measured 124.6 feet) to a point;
thence run N 11° 54' 30" W, 94.0 feet to a point on the
South right -of -way line of Asher Avenue; thence
N 590 56' 58" E, 64.0 feet along said South
right -of -way line to a point; thence continuing along
South right -of -way line N 79° 18' E, 45.0 feet to a
point; thence continuing along South right -of -way line
N 82° 07' E, 95.3 feet to a point on the East line of
said Section 22; thence S 2° 23' E, 26.6 feet along
said East line thereof to the point of beginning
containing 2.63 acres, more or less, from "R -2" and
"C -3" to "C -4" Open Display District (9215 Asher
Avenue).
B. Z -4386 - described as: part of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, more particularly described
as follows: beginning at a point which is 619 feet
North of and 135.5 feet East of the SW corner of said
NW 1/4, NE 1/4; thence East 178.5 feet; thence N 11° W,
316 feet to the center of Highway No. 10; thence
S 65° W, 129.1 feet; thence S 250 feet to the point of
beginning from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General
Commercial (14,711 Cantrell Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
