AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PRD
DISTRICT TITLED UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS
AT LITTLE ROCK APARTMENTS "LONG FORM PRD"
(Z -4377) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "C -3," "MF -24"
(Commercial, Multifamily) to "PRD" (Planned Residential
District) .
Lots 1 -8 in Block 27, C.O. Brack's Addition to the City
of Little Rock in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and part of
the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 18, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, in the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at a point where the North line of Military
Road or Little Rock -Hot Springs Highway crosses the
center section line running north and south through
Section 18, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; running thence easterly
along the North side of said Little Rock -Hot Springs
Highway 300 feet; thence northwesterly along the West
line of what is known as Anna Street, C.O. Brack's
Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, 150 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue northwesterly along
the West line of Anna Street 250 feet; thence westerly
parallel to said Little Rock -Hot Springs Highway
300 feet; thence southeasterly a distance of 250 feet,
parallel to the West line of what is known as Anna
Street; thence northeasterly 300 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for University of Arkansas at Little Rock
Apartments "PRD" is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan
approval from the Planning Commission within the time
specified by Article IX, Section 9.101 of the Code of
Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
