ORDINANCE NO. 14,821 27
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 13,874, THE
SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN, TO REFLECT
CHANGES RESULTING FROM ADOPTION OF THE OTTER
CREEK DISTRICT LAND USE PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Otter Creek District Land Use Plan has been
reviewed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the Board has a policy of adopting district plans
which provide greater land use specificity than does the more
general Suburban Development Plan; and
WHEREAS, it is the Board's intent to reflect these changes
amending the Suburban Development Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The Suburban Development Plan, Ordinance No.
13,874, is hereby amended to reflect changes created by
adoption of the Otter Creek District Land Use Plan.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
