AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OTTER CREEK
DISTRICT LAND USE PLAN TO BE USED AS A GUIDE
FOR FUTURE LAND USE DECISIONS.
WHEREAS, the Office of Comprehensive Planning has
prepared a plan for the Otter Creek area to be used as a guide
for future land use decisions; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 22, 1985;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission endorses the plan,
thereby updating and expanding the Suburban Development Plan;

WHEREAS, the Board recognizes the need for comprehensive
district plans to provide for proper growth, neighborhood
stabilization and neighborhood revitalization.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The Otter Creek District Plan is hereby
adopted.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
