AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4325 - Described as that part of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4,
ly ni g West of State Highway No. 5, Section 5, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
containing 17.48 acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single
Family to "MF -12" Multifamily,
AND
The SE 1/4, SE 1/4, NW 1/4, and the S 1/2, NE 1/4, SE
1/4, NW 1/4, all in Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, containing 14.92 acres,
more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to "MF -6"

right -of -way line of Stagecoach Road; thence N 22° 00'
East along said East right -of -way line 985 feet to a

thence East along said North line 410 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 8.9 acres, more or less, from
"R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial (State
Highway No. 5 south of Base Line Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
Designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
