AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4181 -A - Described as part of Plot "A," Woodland
Heights and part of Plot "I," Country Homes Addition,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the common North corner of
Plot "A," Woodland Heights and Plot "I," Country Homes
Addition; thence S 86° 44' 21" E and along the North
line of Plot "I," Country Homes Addition for 293.6 feet
to the NE corner of said Plot "I;" thence S O1° 38' 26"
W and along the East line of said Plot "I" for 367.0
feet; thence N 46° 27' 37" W for 214.94 feet; thence
N 89° 15' 07" W for 330.96 feet; thence N 02° 07' 27" E
for 235.0 feet to the North line of Plot "A," Woodland
Heights; thence S 880 59' E and along the North line of
Plot "A" for 195.45 feet to the point of beginning from
"R -2" Single to "OS" Open Display (Highway No. 10 west
of River Mountain Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
