AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4372 - Described as a tract of land situated in the
S 172, SE 1/4 of Section 4, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4 of
said Section 4; thence N 88° 47' 25" W, along the South
line of said SW 1/4, SE 1/4, 670.00 feet to a point
that is the SE corner of Lot 1, Tract B, in Otter Creek
Industrial Park; thence along the East line of said
Lot 1, Tract B, N O10 12' 35" E, 250.00 feet; thence
S 880 47' 25" E, 25.31 feet; thence N 000 57' 52" E,
709.64 feet to a point on the existing southerly
right -of -way line of the I -30 and I -430 interchange,
said point also being the point of intersection of the
existing southerly right -of -way line of said
interchange and the future southerly right -of -way line
of said interchange; thence along said future southerly
right -of -way line with the following bearings and
distances: S 77° 34' 39" E, 824.47 feet, S 860 48' 39"
E, 250.00 feet, N 74° 31' 03" E, 313.20 feet; thence
S O10 12' 35" W, 880.53 feet to a point on the South
line of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 4; thence along
said South line, N 88° 47' 25" W, 710.90 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 26.75 acres, more or
less, from "R -2" Single Family to 110-2" Office and
Institutional (Mabelvale West at Otter Creek East
Boulevard).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
Designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
