AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4348 - Described as a tract of land located in the SE
1/4, SW 1/4, Section 23 and in the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 26, all in T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:

designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and respects necessary to effect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
