AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4370 - Described as the North 280 feet of the W 1/2
of Lot 14 and the East 6.75 feet of the North 893 feet
of Lot 15, West Markham Street Subdivision, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, except that part used for the West
Markham Street extension from "R -2" Single Family to
"C -3" General Commercial (10,923 West Markham).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
Designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
