14808w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w ORDINANCE NO. 14,808 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS Aj PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: (a) Z- 3484 -C - Described as part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 35, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at the NW corner of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, of said Section 35; thence S 870 32' 07" E, 504.70 feet to a point; thence S 1° 46' 18" W, 427.61 feet to a point; thence N 87° 23' 58" W, 94.10 feet to a point; thence S 2° 11' 30" W, and parallel with the West line of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, of said Section 35, 277.38 feet to a point; thence S 87° 36' 49" E, 77.90 feet to a point; thence S 40 45' 09" W, 307.56 feet to a point; thence S 160 31' 29" W, 172.22 feet to a point on the North right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road; thence westerly along said North right -of -way line the following chord bearings and distances of N 73° 10' 58" W, 176.47 feet; N 670 43' 05" W, 120.28 feet; N 16° 54' 52" E, 27.0 feet; N 730 05' 08" W, 6.0 feet; S 16° 54' 52" W, 27 feet; N 73° 05' 08" W, 99.80 feet and N 350 48' 55" W, 65.50 feet to a point on the East right -of -way line of Reservoir Road; thence northerly along said East right -of -way line the following chord bearing and distances: N 020 50' 13" E, 111.84 feet; S 870 37' 09" E, 33.38 feet; N 02° 22' 18" E, 14.83 feet; N 86° 21' 42" W, 33.26 feet; N 02° 50' 13" E, 454.92 feet and N 870 09' 30" W, 16.2 feet to a point on the West line of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, of said Section 35; thence N 02° 11' 30" E, along said West line 434.41 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land described herein containing 11.9431 acres, more or less, from "R -6" High Rise Apartments to "C -3" General Commercial (Rodney Parham and Reservoir Roads, northeast corner). SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and Designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
