AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS Aj
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 3484 -C - Described as part of the SW 1/4,
SW 1/4, Section 35, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the NW corner of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4,
of said Section 35; thence S 870 32' 07" E, 504.70
feet to a point; thence S 1° 46' 18" W, 427.61
feet to a point; thence N 87° 23' 58" W, 94.10
feet to a point; thence S 2° 11' 30" W, and
parallel with the West line of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4,

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
Designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
