AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT TITLED MAIN STREET
�i "LONG -FORM PCD" (Z -4563) IN THE CITY
1 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
`� CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from CZD
Classifications - M, N, O, HR, and GD to PCD (Planned
Commercial District).
Lots 11 and 12; the East 50 Feet of Lots 1 and 2, the
North 45 Feet of the East 50 Feet of Lot 3, all in
Block 67; the W 1/2 of Lots 5 and 6, Block 66; Lots 10,
11 and 12; Block 66; Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 66;
Lots 1 and 3, Block 14; Lot 2, Block 4, Lots 7, 8, 9
and 10, Block 14, Original City of Little Rock (Main
Street).
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Main Street "Long -Form PCD" is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning
Commission within the time specified by Article IX, Section
9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
