N, DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PRD
DISTRICT TITLED FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH
"LONG -FORM PRD" (Z -4562) IN THE CITY

A CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for First Baptist Church is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning Commission
within the time specified by Article IX, Section 9.101 of
the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -2" to "PRD"
(Planned Residential District).
The NW 1/4, SE 1/4 and the NE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 30,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, (also known as Pulaski Highlands

Subdivision), and that part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4 and
the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 29, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, lying

South and West of Hinson Road, less and except that
part platted as Longlea Addition, Phase 9; and Lots 905
and 906 of said Longlea Addition, Phase 9, containing
118 acres, more or less.

Less and except the following: Block 3, Lots 6 and 7;
Block 9, Lots 11 -13; Block 10, Lot 11; Block 12, Lots 3
and 8; Block 17, Lots 1 -24; Block 19, Lots 17 and 18;

34, Lots 1 -5 and 15 -18; Block 35, Lots 1 -12; Block 36,
Lots 19 and 24; Block 38, Lots 17 -24, Pulaski Highlands
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas (West side of Hinson

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of 40 8
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
