ORDINANCE NO. 14,978
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4553 - described as: Part of the SE 1/4 of Section
TT T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: starting at the SW corner
of the SE 1/4 of said Section 17; thence S 870 47'
31" E along the South line of said Section 17 a
distance of 364.21 feet; thence N V 43' 27" E, 948.51
feet to a point of beginning; thence continuing
N 40 43' 27" E, 979.00 feet to a point on the South
right -of -way line of Lindsey Road; thence S 710 15'
03" E along the South right -of -way line 446.41 feet;
thence continuing along said South right -of -way line
S 68° 38' 17" E, 47.59 feet; thence S 40 43' 27" W,
653.28 feet; thence S 160 24' 51" W, 208.22 feet;
thence N 85° 16' 33" W, 436.51 feet to the point of
beginning containing 10.002 acres, more or less, from
"R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light Industrial (Lindsey
Road west of Fourche Bayou).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
