AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z -4528 - Described as Lot 8, Block 35, Bragg's 2nd
Addi itit on, City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"R -4" Two Family to "O -1" Quiet Office (2314 Bragg
Street).
(b) Z -4534 - Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6,
Block 1, Kanis Addition, City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3"
General Commercial. (5301 -5323 West 12th Street)
(c) Z -4541 - Described as a part of the SE 1/4, NE
174, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W and part of the SW
1/4, NW 1/4, Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Commence at the intersection of the
South line of said SE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 24,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W and the East right -of -way line of
U.S. Highway No. 67 -70 (South University Avenue);
thence N 05° 23' E and along said East
right -of -way line of U.S. Highway No. 67 -70, 170.0
feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
N 05° 23' E and along the East right -of -way of
U.S. Highway No. 67 -70, 250,0; thence E 600.0
feet; thence S O5° 23' W, 250 feet; thence W 600.0
feet to the point of beginning containing 3.42
acres more or less from "C -3" General Commercial
to "C -4" Open Display (4800 block of South
University).

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
