AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
A. Z- 1791 -A - Described as part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 18, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as: Beginning at the NE
corner of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, said Section 18; thence S
2° 39' E along the East line of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
490.0 feet to a point; thence S 89° 43' W, 700.94 feet
to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of
Candlewood Drive; thence N 790 19' E along said
easterly right -of -way line, 169.3 feet to a point;
thence northeasterly and continuing along said
right -of -way line being the arc of a 208.74 -foot radius
curve to the left, having a chord bearing a distance of
N 530 06' E, 184.9 feet to a point; thence
northwesterly and continuing along said right -of -way
line being the arc of a 208.74 -foot radius curve to the
left, having a chord bearing and distance of N 110 54'
E, 106.3 feet to a point; thence northwesterly and
continuing along said right -of -way line being the are
of a 462.5 -foot radius curve to the left, having a
chord bearing and distance of N 150 32' W, 206.1 feet
to a point; thence northwesterly and continuing along
said right -of -way line being the arc of a 392.15 -foot
radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and
distance of N 250 33' W, 33.5 feet to a point on the
North line of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4; thence easterly
along said North line 412.0 feet to the point of
beginning containing 4.04 acres, more or less, from
"R -5" Urban Residence to "0-2" Office and Institutional
( Candlewood Drive).
B. Z -4512 - Described as the N 1/2, SW 1/4, SW 1/4,
SeSe ticon 17, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as: Commencing at the SW
corner, Section 17, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, run N O1 41' 00"
E, 664.71 feet along the West line of said Section 17,
to the point of beginning; thence continue along said
West line N O1 41' 00" E, 664.71 feet to the NW corner
of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence run S 870 03' 19" E,
1374.27 feet along the North line of said SW 1/4, SW
1/4, to the NE corner thereof; thence run S 04° 06'

19" W, 664.71 feet along the East line of SW 1/4, SW
1/4, to a point; thence run N 86° 54' 27" W, 1346.25
feet to the point of beginning from "R -2" Single Family
to "MF -6" Multifamily. Less and except that area lying
north of a 100 -foot utility easement from "R -2" Single
Family to "OS" Open Space (Candlewood Drive).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to affect and designate
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
