ORDINANCE NO. 14,947
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
A. Z -4510 - Described as the East 75 feet of Lot 11, Block
53, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, from "C -3" General Commercial to "R -4" Two
Family (1506 Commerce Street).
B. Z -4520 - Described as Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and the North 40
feet of Lots 7 and 8, Block 295, Original City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "C -4" Open
Display to "C -3" General Commercial (1111 W. Markham
Street).
C. Z -4521 - Described as part of the W 1/2, NW 1/4,
NW 174, Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, commencing at the NW corner, Section 10;
thence East 25 feet; thence S 1° 42' 30" W, 673.0 feet
to the point of beginning; thence S 88° 11' 23" E,
304.91 feet; thence S 87° 29' 47" E, 308.76 feet to a
point on the West right -of -way of Kaufman Road; thence
along the right -of -way 2° 23' 31" W, 226.7 feet; thence
N 870 52' 07" W, 610.95 feet to a point on the East
right -of -way of Shackleford Road; thence along
right -of -way N 1° 42' 30" E, 227.0 feet to a point of
beginning containing 3.2 acres, more or less, from
"0-3" General Office to "0 -2" Office and Institutional
(1301 S. Shackleford).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated this map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
