14917M M M M M M M 0 M M M ORDINANCE NO. 14,917 0 M 198 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated. A. Z- 1422 -B - Described as: The North 130 feet of part of Lot 6 of the subdivision of the S 1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as shown by the plat of said subdivision filed on October 16, 1954, in plat book 3 at page 27 lying East and adjacent to the East right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 67 -70 described as follows: beginning at the NE corner of said Lot 6; thence South along the East line of Lot 6 228.8 feet; thence N 890 44' W, 194.6 feet to the East right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 67 -70; thence N 5° 46' E along the East right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 67 -70 230.0 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 6; thence S 89° 41' E along said North line of Lot 6 171.4 feet to the point of beginning from "C -3" General Commercial to "C -4" Open Display (5921 South University). That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respect necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
