AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
A. Z -4257 - described as: Lots 11 and 12 in Block
25, Masonic Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, from "R -4" Two Family to "R -5" Urban
Residence District (1505 Welch Street).
B. Z -4258 - described as: Lots 10 and 13, Triangle
Properties, Little Rock, Arkansas, from "R -2"
Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial (I -30
and Production Drive, SW corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
