SECTION 1. A franchise is hereby granted to Markham Street
Partnership to continue to use for the existing building a part
of the right -of -way at 201 East Markham Street.
SECTION 2. A franchise is hereby granted to Markham Street
Partnership for air space at 201 East Markham Street for the

expansion of the elevator lobby for the convenience of the public.
