AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
5615 GEYER SPRINGS ROAD (z- 4255),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A tract of land in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4,
Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
the SE corner of said SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4; and thence
running West along the North line of Larch Road 457
feet for a point of beginning; thence West 105 feet
along said North Line of Larch Road; thence North
approximately 204.93 feet to the East /West division
line of the S 1/2 of the South 13.35 acres of said SW
1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence East 105 feet; thence South
approximately 204.93 feet to the point of beginning.
Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point 890
feet South and 231.7 feet East of the NW corner of said
SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence East 90 feet; thence North
200 feet; thence West 90 feet; thence South 200 feet to
the point of beginning containing .41 acres, more or
less.
Part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 19, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as: Beginning at an iron pin (intersection
of North right -of -way line of West 57th Street and the
East right -of -way line of Geyer Springs) which point is
20 feet North and 30 feet East of the SW corner of said
SW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence East parallel to and 20 feet
from the South line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4 a distance
of 231.05 feet; thence North 30 feet; thence East 50
feet; thence South 30 feet; thence East parallel to and
20 feet from the South line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4 a
distance of 563.85 feet; thence N 00° 55' W, 205.6
feet; thence S 89° 23" W, 527.2 feet; thence
N O10 30' W, 173 feet to an iron pin on the South
right -of -way line of West 56th Street; thence S 890 17'
W along said South right -of -way 121.6 feet; thence S
020 03' E, 73.4 feet; thence S 890 17' W, 199.2 feet to
an iron pin on the East right -of -way of Geyer Springs
Road; thence S O10 36' E along said East right -of -way
line 295.6 to the point of beginning, containing 4.8
acres, more or less and subject to any and all recorded
easements over and across said described property.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.

SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
