AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
12701 HINSON ROAD (Z- 4246), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NE 1/4, Section 32, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of
the W 1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4 of said Section 32; thence
S 00 04' 24" E along the East line of said W 1/2,
NE 1/4, NE 1/4, 25.0 feet to a set iron pin at the
point of beginning on the South right -of -way of Hinson
Road; thence S 0° 04' 24" E, 991.43 feet to a found
iron pin; thence S 89° 52' 14" W, 494.98 feet to a
found iron pin; thence N 00 01' 18" E, 297.62 feet to a
set iron pin; thence N 62° 16' 11" W, 186.50 feet to a
found iron pin; thence N 0° 10' 12" W, 193.00 feet to a
found iron pin; thence N 33° 32' 44" W, 496.24 feet to
a set iron pin on the South right -of -way of Hinson
Road; thence N 80 54' 17" E along the South
right -of -way line of Hinson Road, 933.48 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 15.03 acres, more or
less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
private school and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
