AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO
CAPITOL AVENUE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
TO USE THE AIR SPACE ABOVE
PART OF THE RIGHT -OF -WAY AT THE
INTERSECTION OF WEST SIXTH AND SPRING
STREETS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION
OF AN ENCLOSED SKYWALK.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. A franchise is hereby granted to Capitol
Avenue Development Company to use part of the air space above the
street intersection of West Sixth and Spring Streets,
approximately twelve (12) feet wide, twenty (20) feet high and
eighty -five (85) feet long, totaling approximately thirty seven
thousand four hundred (37,400) cubic feet, for a skywalk whose
lowest elevation will be no less than twenty -two (22) feet above
the highest grade of the intersection.
